She was present for the inspection with us and made sure we were comfortable with any issues that were found. Carrie explained everything about the offer process and hopped on the phone any time we needed to chat through options, even if it was late at night. We really appreciated her flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were the ones getting the keys to our dream home. Carrie provided common sense advice without overstepping, giving us all sides of the coin to consider and always going with whatever we felt was best.
